A combination of techniques from different disciplines of the martial arts, including grappling, kicking and striking. Contestants use boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitusu, myay Thai, kickboxoing, karate, judo and other styles both standing and on the ground in an equal six sided fenced ring to defeat their opponent by knockout, submission, decision by scorecards, disqualification, no contest, forfeit, technical decision, or technical draw.
